Spartan Surfaces is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Quotes Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by efficiently crafting precise pricing estimates for flooring projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate pricing quotes for flooring projects based on information from customers and pricing representatives, ensuring timely delivery to clients.
• Perform basic math calculations, including square foot, linear foot, and square yard, to accurately estimate project costs.
• Exhibit outstanding customer service skills, managing communications with clients via email and phone to gather project details and provide updates.
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment, utilizing a shared Outlook email box for efficient communication.
• Navigate and utilize multiple systems to verify pricing and product information, making updates as necessary to maintain accuracy.
• Work closely with all departments to ensure seamless customer service from beginning to end of each project.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in basic math skills for calculating project dimensions and costs.
• Strong customer service orientation, with excellent communication skills both in writing and verbally.
• Experience working in a team environment and managing shared communication tools, such as Outlook email.
• Proficiency in navigating Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to learn and work with multiple pricing and product verification systems such as Dancik, ACT, QuoteWerks and Zoho.
• Commitment to collaborative problem-solving and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
