Spartan Surfaces is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Logistics Associate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multiple tasks to join our Bel Air, MD headquarters team. This role is crucial for maintaining our commitment to high-quality service and efficient processes.

What You’d Be Doing:

As a Logistics Associate, you will be an essential component in our operations chain. Your day-to-day tasks will include sending accurate freight quotes to our internal staff, tracking shipments meticulously from origin to destination, and maintaining updated freight sheets for new and existing suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage freight quotes effectively.
• Create and handle shipping paperwork for outbound, inbound, and drop-ship orders.
• Facilitate smooth communication across departments.
• Maintain and update our internal “Freight Sheet” to ensure accurate tracking and management of supplier data.

You’re Probably a Match If You Have:

• 1-3 years of experience in logistics or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Transportation Management Systems (TMS).
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
• Strong communication skills and the capacity to work under pressure in a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
