We’re currently looking for an organized, detail-oriented Fulfillment Coordinator to play a crucial role in our operations team. Job Summary:
As our Fulfillment Coordinator, you’ll manage our backlog of direct ship and out-of-warehouse orders. Working closely with our purchasing, direct fulfillment, and customer service teams, you’ll ensure accurate information and proactively address issues. Your keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and ability to prioritize tasks will be critical in fostering seamless communication with our Customers and Sales Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the backlog of open sales orders and purchase orders in our ERP system, Dancik.
• Prioritize backlog items based on business needs, customer feedback, and resource availability.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to set expectations and clarify potential issues.
• Effectively communicate backlog priorities and status updates to all stakeholders and team members.
• Lead open order reviews to promote proactive communication with our Customers and Sales Team.
• Analyze backlog trends and metrics to identify and implement process improvements.
• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve any conflicting information that affects the backlog.
• Monitor and track the progress of open orders throughout their lifecycle to ensure timely resolution and delivery.
• Continuously work on refining backlog management processes for better efficiency and effectiveness.
• Guide team members on best practices for backlog management.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience in the B2B industry.
• Demonstrated experience working with multiple software platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• A detail-oriented approach, aiming for high-quality outcomes.
• The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changes.
