Spartan Surfaces, a sales and distribution group specializing in commercial flooring, is looking for an accounts payable specialist to join our Bel Air team. Accounts payable specialist on our team, processes all invoices received for payment and undertakes the payment of all creditors in an accurate, efficient and timely manner.


Position Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing invoices for accuracy
  • Inputting expenses at high volume
  • reconciling vendor statements
  • Managing employee expense reimbursement and company credit card
  • Reconcile company fleet program expenses
  • Various administrative duties such as mailing checks and filing check copies and supporting documentation into our system
  • Other duties assigned

Skills Needed:

  • 2+ years of accounting or administrative experience
  • Great organizational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • “We over Me” mentality (team player)
  • Able to handle high volume
