22 West is a full-service luxury condominium in the West End. It is a nationally recognized recipient of 2009 RADA Grand Award for Best Multifamily Design in the US. The 11-story condominium was built by real estate developer Anthony Lanier of EastBanc, Inc., to the designs of architectural firm Shalom Baranes Associates. It houses 92 luxury apartments with 71 floor plan variations ranging in size from 948 to 2,480 square feet. 9’6” ceilings and wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows allow natural light to flow freely throughout these sleek and modern living spaces. The 9th floor is home to sumptuous bi-level penthouses ranging from 1,825 to 3,629 square feet with rooftop terraces. The $120 million project was completed in 2008.
