Joe Blodgett and Sean Swanson Take on Leading Roles as President and COO
Effective Tuesday, October 21st, Spartan appoints Joe Blogett to President and Sean Swanson to Chief Operating Officer.
In his role as President, Joe’s primary focus will be leading the strategies to support sales and marketing efforts across the country, while aiding in the ongoing successes of Spartan’s internal brand development. Sean, as COO, will manage mergers and acquisitions from identification through long-term integration. He will also oversee supplier relations and internal operations assuring all are aligned for mutual success. Blodgett and Swanson will continue to report to Kevin Jablon, Spartan’s longstanding CEO and Founder.

“I’ve been on an amazing journey with this company for 15 years,” Joe said when asked about his promotion. “It’s been a huge honor working alongside KJ and the rest of our team to take a small regional flooring agency to the national level. The most exciting aspect of it all is we’re just getting started! I think it’s been our unique approach to culture and relationships that’s allowed us to get this far. Staying true to that will be key to our future success.”
