BrickHouse Brewery

Just south of the Great Patchogue Lake in New York, sits the oldest commercial building in Patchogue housing Long Islands’ oldest brewery, BrickHouse Brewery. Here, Pantheon Bon  porcelain tile was installed throughout the entire dining area. This floor resists freezing, chemical deterioration, stains, and water absorption, which is ideal for a bar/restaurant like BrickHouse. Alchemy Interior Design beautifully modernized the classic homey bar appearance here. This building was originally built in 1850 as a dry goods store and was open up until 1914 and then a new owner transformed it into a hardware store. The hardware store was operational up until 1995 when it was purchased by new owners who then converted it into the brewery that it is today. At BrickHouse you will find great food, an even better atmosphere, and award-winning beer brewed right on the premises. As well as being a beautiful piece of Patchogue history, it is known today as a must-visit for fine food and great beer.

Inspired? There’s more where that came from.
